Mr. Wong Tat Tung (Dennis), MH, JP

Mr. Wong Tat Tung (Dennis), MH, JP is a seasoned expert in asset management with over 30 years of industry experience. He has served as a Responsible Officer licensed under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), and Type 9 (asset management) across multiple categories for more than two decades and previously held the role of Director at Swiss financial institutions. Mr. Wong has held key leadership positions—including CEO, Executive Director, and Independent Non-Executive Director at numerous listed companies, demonstrating deep expertise in Hong Kong’s capital markets.

Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Wong Tat Tung, MH, JP is actively engaged in public service and community leadership, serving in various capacities such as,

Mr. Chung Ho Wai (Alan) 

Mr. Chung Ho Wai (Alan) has served as Executive Director of CIS Group for many years and concurrently holds the position of Executive Director at CIS Securities Asset Management Limited, the Group’s flagship business for securities investment and asset management. He is a licensed Responsible Officer authorized to conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, including Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 9 (Asset Management). Mr. Chung also acts as fund manager for a number of Hong Kong and Cayman Islands investment vehicles, with total assets under management exceeding several billion Hong Kong dollars.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in listed companies and financial management, Mr. Chung currently serves as a Board Director of Japan Kyosei Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 627.HK), a publicly listed company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also holds an independent 

non-executive directorship at Happy City Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: HCHL), a U.S.-listed company on NASDAQ. His past roles included managing HSBC's wealth management division in Hong Kong, serving as a consultant for AXA Wealth Management (Hong Kong), and acting as Vice President of the trading division at other international financial institutions
